As a social enterprise, impact is our number one priority. Because when young women and men have access to decent and dignified work, a country can achieve real prosperity.<\/p>\n<p>Job Booster Bangladesh is committed to creating employment and income for vulnerable and marginalised groups. This enables them to provide for themselves and their families. Our goal? To see young Bangladesh grow and prosper!<\/p>\n<h3>What do we offer?<\/h3>\n<h4>Training and development of young people<\/h4>\n<p>In cooperation with various parties, we offer young people training and prepare them for a place in the labour market. After placement, we remain involved and offer further training where necessary.<\/p>\n<h4>Employment services<\/h4>\n<p>We make the match between talent and openings in the market. We train young people in specific knowledge and skills needed by employers. This way, we offer employers specifically trained and motivated young people and create dignified job opportunities for our target group.<\/p>\n<h4>Collaboration with various stakeholders<\/h4>\n<p>We work together with training institutes, businesses, government agencies and civil society organizations to achieve our mission: offer young people from underprivileged backgrounds access to dignified work.<\/p>\n<p>Job Booster Bangladesh is headquartered in Dhaka.
