In many low- and middle-income countries, we see that talent is inadequately developed and organizations are struggling to find and retain the right talent.<\/p>\n<p>Job Booster Enterprises wants to take its place in the global labour market system to develop talent in a sustainable and inclusive way and to connect supply and demand in the labour market.
