What we offer:
Training and development of young people
In cooperation with qualified training institutes, we offer young people training and prepare them for a place in the labour market. After placement, we remain involved and provide further education or training where necessary.
Employment services
We make the match between talent and openings in the market. We train young people in specific knowledge and skills needed by employers. This way, we offer employers motivated young people who are trained specifically to fit their needs.
Counselling young entrepreneurs
For young entrepreneurs, we offer training, coaching and guidance in accessing funding and (new) markets. During the development of the business, Job Booster stays involved in an advisory role.
Shared work and training space
We have several training rooms and offer entrepreneurs and young professionals the opportunity to work together and network in shared workspace.
Job Booster Burkina Faso is headquartered in Ouagadougou, but has nationwide coverage. We work with various external parties such as financial experts and qualified training institutes, spread throughout the country.
