Job Booster Enterprises

Who we are

We strive to enable underprivileged young people in low- and middle-income countries to develop their gifts and talents, either in a job or in their own enterprise. 

As a social enterprise, we do not focus primarily on profit but on impact. For young people, their families, organizations and the society in the countries in which we are active.

Job Booster Nederland BV was founded in 2019 by the Stichting Woord en Daad Foundation. The aim of the company is to sustainably bring together labour supply and demand in middle- and low-income countries, with an explicit focus on underprivileged and disadvantaged groups.

Job Booster Nederland BV does this through the concept of Job Booster Enterprises. With participations in Job Booster social enterprises in various countries, we promote the development of a sustainable and inclusive labour market.

Job Booster Nederland BV is driven by a Christian view of life and believes that social conscience and business acumen go hand in hand.
