What do we offer?
Training and development of young people
In cooperation with various parties, we offer young people training and prepare them for a place in the labour market. After placement, we remain involved and offer further training where necessary.
Employment services
We make the match between talent and openings in the market. We train young people in specific knowledge and skills needed by employers. This way, we offer employers specifically trained and motivated young people and create dignified job opportunities for our target group.
Collaboration with various stakeholders
We work together with training institutes, businesses, government agencies and civil society organizations to achieve our mission: offer young people from underprivileged backgrounds access to dignified work.
