What steps will be taken?
First, we will determine with you what ESG criteria are important for you, and we will select what standards you want your suppliers to comply with. For example, you may want your suppliers to be Fairtrade certified. With each country and each sector having their own set of risks, we will have to make a tailormade assessment of how to attain the standards you want to comply with. Together with you, we will map your (future) supply chain and identify and prioritize risks in any of the ESG aspects. Following this assessment, we shall develop risk mitigating measures, which in turn can be translated to supplier requirements.
